By using FivLet you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

FivLet provides a free AI-powered word guessing game accessible via fiv-let.com and the FivLet Android app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Accounts

You may use FivLet as a guest or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Usernames

Usernames must be 3–20 characters and contain only letters, numbers, and underscores. We reserve the right to reclaim or remove usernames that are offensive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate.

Premium subscriptions

FivLet Premium is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time through Google Play (Android) or by contacting us (web). Refunds are handled per Google Play's and Stripe's refund policies. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use FivLet to cheat, abuse the game systems, attempt to bypass daily limits through technical means, scrape or automate gameplay, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the service for other users.

Intellectual property

FivLet and all associated content, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Disclaimer

FivLet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FivLet after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
